At Chapin, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
